Performance Marketing Specialist

Role overview

Own and scale performance across SEO and Paid Media (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue. You’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns end-to-end, turning insights into growth.

Responsibilities
  • SEO

    • Build and maintain the SEO roadmap (tech, on-page, and content).

    • Keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping.

    • On-page optimisation (titles, internal links, schema, CWV basics).

    • Publish briefs for content that can rank and convert; QA before release.

    • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions; iterate via tests.

    • Manage link-earning opportunities and local SEO where relevant.

    Paid Media – Google & Meta

    • Plan and run campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and Meta (prospecting, re-engagement, retargeting).

    • Structure accounts, build audiences, set budgets, and manage pacing.

    • Write compelling ad copy, develop creative briefs, and run A/B tests.

    • Optimise to CPA/ROAS using bidding strategies, negatives, placements, and first-party audiences.

    • Maintain clean tracking (UTMs), feed quality, and conversion setups.

    Analytics, CRO & Reporting

    • Own measurement with GA4 and GTM; ensure accurate conversions.

    • Create Looker Studio dashboards; communicate insights and next actions.

    • Partner with design/dev on landing pages and CRO experiments.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–4+ years hands-on SEO and paid media experience (agency or in-house).

  • Proven results improving rankings and hitting CPA/ROAS targets.

  • Comfortable in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, GSC.

  • Working knowledge of Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio.

  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills; data-driven mindset; excellent communication.

  • Nice to have: Google Ads & Meta certifications, basic HTML/CSS, feed management, YouTube Ads, e-commerce/lead-gen experience.
