Growth Analyst

Role overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Growth Analyst to work across all agencies within the Born Creators Group. This pivotal role is responsible for providing data-driven insights that inform our strategies and optimize client outcomes. You will leverage shared data and analytics across the collective to ensure our marketing efforts drive real commercial impact and sustained growth for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze complex data sets from various sources across the Born Creators Group’s agencies to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the collective, including strategy, creative, media, and performance marketing, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Develop and implement strategies based on rigorous data analysis, focusing on optimizing client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to client objectives. Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize campaign performance across different platforms and channels.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions, informing Born Creators Group’s positioning and client approaches.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably within a marketing agency, agency group, or a data-intensive environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Python, R).
  • Expertise in analyzing marketing data, understanding metrics, and applying statistical analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and cohort analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
