When there is no live event
• Help with office ops, scheduling and administration tasks
• Coordinate suppliers and update rate cards and rosters
• Keep files, templates and asset libraries in order
• Support budget tracking, POs, and reconciliations• Lend a hand on website and socials for
event pages and galleries
• 1+ years in events or similar administrative roles
• Clean run sheets, crisp comms and real ownership
• Supplier wrangling, eye for detail, taste for styling
• Google Suite and Figma.
