The Data & Growth Intelligence Manager will be responsible for defining KPI frameworks, analysing performance data across channels, conducting competitive intelligence, and translating marketing performance into commercial insight.
This role sits across all agencies within the group and works closely with Creative, Performance, Technology and Client Services teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned with measurable business outcomes.
KPI & Measurement Frameworks
• Define awareness, growth and sales KPIs per client
• Align marketing metrics with commercial objectives
• Establish realistic benchmarks and performance targets
Performance Analysis & Insights
• Analyse campaign data across paid, organic, and owned channels
• Identify optimisation opportunities and performance gaps
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights
Competitive & Market Intelligence
• Use tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Meta Ads Library, GA4 and other platforms to analyse competitor activity
• Benchmark client performance against industry standards
• Identify market opportunities and growth potential
Budget & ROI Modelling
• Build forecasting models to justify media spend
• Calculate CAC, ROAS, LTV and growth projections
• Support business cases for increased marketing investment
Reporting Architecture
• Develop standardised weekly and monthly reporting templates
• Build dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, Power BI or similar)
• Present performance narratives clearly to internal teams and clients
Strategic Support
• Support proposals and pitches with data-backed projections
• Participate in client strategy sessions
• Act as the central intelligence layer across the group
• 3–6 years in performance marketing, growth strategy, or marketing analytics
• Strong experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Familiarity with competitive tools (SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience building dashboards and reports
• Strong commercial thinking and understanding of ROI
• Comfortable presenting insights to clients and senior stakeholders
