Role overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing, including social media, paid media (PPC, display, etc.), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, capable of managing a team of digital specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving impactful results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Oversee the execution of all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing specialists (social media, paid media, SEO, etc.).
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Present digital marketing strategies, plans, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on budget utilisation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid media channels, SEO principles, content marketing best practices, and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
