Social Media Coordinator

About the Job

You live on Reels and TikTok, speak meme and trend in equal measure, and love turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping posts. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will help plan calendars, ship content at pace, and keep communities humming across multiple brands in property, hospitality, retail, and lifestyle.

What you will do
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars with briefs, captions, and posting schedules
  • Cut short-form videos in CapCut or Premiere and prep assets for Reels, TikTok, Shorts
  • Schedule across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and report basic performance weekly
  • Community care across DMs and comments with brand-true tone of voice
  • Own trends- research and sharing amongst your team, audio hooks, and competitor moves
  • Support shoots with product prep, shot lists, and on-set capture
  • Coordinate influencers, gifting, and UGC usage rights
  • Keep assets tidy in Drive with naming, versions, and usage notes
Minimum requirements
  • 1 year in a social role or a portfolio that proves you can do the job
  • Confident with Meta tools, TikTok, and basic analytics
  • Strong copy skills and grammar, great eye for hooks and thumbnails
  • Working knowledge of Canva and either CapCut or Adobe Suite
  • Calm under deadlines and happy juggling multiple brands
